I will download a great set of brushes from
Line and circle decoration brushes*|*brush-mania.com
I will select BRUSH TOOL

Then i will load the brushes, and i will select the following brush

I will create a new layer ( press CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+N ) and place the brush like in the following image. I will use the following color #f3f3f3

I will place on this layout a stock image

I will download another set of brushes from Free Photoshop Brushes » Grunge border brushes
After i will load this set of grunge brushes, i will choose the following brush

then i will place the brush under my image

With ERASER TOOL:

I will delete the vertical grunge line until i will have this result

I will duplicate this layer ( with grunge line )
To duplicate a layer, you have to select the layer first in your layer palette, then press on CTRL+J
With MOVE TOOL i will place the second copy layer like in the following image

With ROUNDED RECTANGLE TOOL

and with the following color #e3f7fe , i will create a simple shape like in the following image

After that i will change my foreground color to #91bcdc, and with the same tool : ROUNDED RECTANGLE TOOL i will create another shape

With RECTANGLE TOOL i will create a rectangle ( i have used the following color #90a6bd )

With PEN TOOL i will make a small triangle with a black color

Then i will duplicate these two layers ( the blue rectangle and the black triangle ) and i will place them like in the following image

With ELLIPSE TOOL i will create a circle with the following color #004995

On you layer palette right click on this layer and choose Rasterize Shape
Then with RECTANGULAR MARQUEE TOOL

i will make a selection

And i will go to LAYER >> NEW >> LAYER VIA CUT

Then i will go to Edit > Transform > Rotate 180

For this small layer i will add the following layer styles
DROP SHADOW

and after i will rotate the shape a little, i will have the following result

With HORIZONTAL TYPE TOOL i will add some text

And i will place the text like in the following image

Then i will use some dvd covers to fill the empty spaces on this website
I hope you like my end result, and i am waiting tomorrow for another tutorial
